Default [02-03-2009] 06:38 Maynooth - Connolly

The 6:38 train from Maynooth has just been canceled without warning.

No explanation given and obviously no one from Irish Rail want to know anyway.

Looks like I picked a bad morning to go in early.

You sure about that?
I got on it at 6.55 am at coolmine!
Nothing out of the usual.
Maybe you missed it?

i would doubt it.
The first 6 carriages had the normal amount of people on them.
unless 200 odd people got on at clonsilla.

Well me and the folks in Maynooth at the platform at 6:30am were told it was canceled due "to operational difficulties".

It certainly wasn't in Maynooth at 6:35 and I and a lot of others left the station after the announcement.

It would not surprise me if the bloody thing did run.
