Default [5-2-2009] maynooth line problems?

When leaving the house to catch my train the 08:55 clonsilla connolly i heard the usual irish rail chime that announces a delay or cancellation.

i checked the irish rail website but no travel alerts but the connolly arrival time system says maynooth and sligo services are delayed by upto 30 minutes. Any idea whats going on?

I dont know myself as since i checked it i decided it would be better to get the bus just in case there are major problems on the maynooth line

the bray train was stuck at clonsilla for 20 minutes with a technical problem.
