14th October, 20.30hrs: DART suspended Dalkey to Bray, overhead line vandalism by Corporate Communications

14th October 20.30hrs

DART services are currently suspended between Dalkey and Bray.

This is due to overhead line damage at Dalkey, caused by vandalism.

Dublin Bus are accepting rail tickets for customers travelling to and from destinations south of Dalkey.

It is hoped services can be restored by 21.30hrs, but service details will be updated here as soon as further information is available.

Iarnród Éireann apologises for the inconvenience caused.

Someone really must stop this Corporate Communications outfit, first it was cancellations now vandalism

Still closed and will reopen for tomorrow

As is typical the trains are still showing Bray as destination and no announcement is made approaching Dún Laoghaire to change for the 45a bus for Bray
