Default When 20 minutes is not 20 minutes

Classic situation here

Seapoint station
I arrive at 13:01 from Pearse find booking office closed and the classic back in 20 minutes sign up

I return at 14:15 to head back to town and its still closed 1 hour 14 minutes later

And before anyone asks the station did reopen sometime in the afternoon

Perhaps Seapoint Dart Station was aspiring to be a Luas stop, i.e. un-manned??
