Default Irish Rail finally starting to comply with EC1371 Passenger rights

No notice has been made officially about this, but for the first time we have compliance with the requirement for cash refunds for annual ticket holders
http://www.irishrail.ie/travel-infor...l#compensation

We have battled for nearly 10 years to get Irish Rail to comply with the rules, we are still awaiting full compliance with the regulations in terms of recurrent delays and cancellations.
