First Mark IV Set Gets Plugs
First Mark IV set has been fitted with plugs and is in service, will probably take time for all sets to receive them.

Hopefully they all will, I rather like them.
I was commuting to Cork for a few weeks recently and the only issue I could find with the MK4's were the bottom of the back of the seats are not very comfortable and the lack of sockets. Ride quality for the most part was extremely good. The 22k sets however, were a different story, some had good ride quality but about 50% of them were dire. |

Well I have been on 3 sets this week and not a plug working on any of them.
Looks like another mess like the ICR before they had to replace them all. What makes it worse is they have disconnected the standard ones in the carriages (one beside door works) as well. Have to wonder how much testing was carried out on the first set fitted as these problems shouldn't exist. |
