Default Works Near Broombridge Station

Anyone know what the works are at the Level crossing on the Ashtown side of Broombridge Station . (Rathoat Road). ?

The location is known as Reilly's Bridge. It is proposed to put a bridge over the canal and railway and remove the level crossing.
