Default New Maynooth Timetable

What has happened? A new timetable for the maynooth line out on the 28.6.13

How was this sneaked in, one hour between off peak services when they were originally every half hour...

If IR are going to cut the commuter services on this line, could they not even have got the Intercity from Sligo to call at all commuter stations, it only takes an extra ten minutes?

Maynooth to Connolly by Commuter is 42mins
Maynooth to Connolly by Inter City is 33mins

The Sligo train is as slow up from Maynooth and down from Connolly to Maynooth, be as well letting it stop at commuter stations during the day off peak.

It's not changed at all since it started earlier this year. It's new date is because of the new station opening on m3 line and new PDF were needed to reflect this.

Off peak services have being hourly since Jan.

Intercity services to/from Maynooth should take no more than 22 minutes, 33 minutes is glacially slow, 42 minutes would be a farce.

The idea of stopping Sligo services at every station between Dublin and Maynooth would make the service even less competitive and expose passengers to the undesireables that already frequent the local services.
