Hi
This is my first posting and not sure I have the right forum. .
Does anyone know if the 18:30 from Connelly to Rosslare Europort arr @ 21:15 is the correct train to get the Rosslare Europort boat to Swansea via Fishguard ( 21:15 depart arr 00:45 & Dep 01:50 arrv Swansea 03:29 ? I have tried to confirm that this is the right train to get but the information is closed over the week end

No ferry connections are offered currently at Rosslare for journeys to the UK. The 18:30 train arrives too late for both evening ferry departures. The ferry companies changed schedule about 10 years ago which broke the connection.

No through ticketing is offered by Irish Rail and UK rail companies as a result

From September a train will depart Dublin at 16:36 and will arrive Rosslare in time for check in of both Irish Ferries and Stena Line departures

In the reverse direction the 02:15 Fishguard Rosslare connects with the 07:50 Rosslare Dublin

Not quite. You can get a ticket from most GB rail stations to Rosslare Harbour, which will include the ferry from Fishguard, but doesn't include any additional travel on Iarnród Éireann. Cost is at most £33 each way.

Through ticketing from this side IS available though not practical. In recent times I travelled on such a ticket so can vouch for the truth of that.
But as stated it is not available from Britain, unless one purchases a return
from this side.

Overnight sailing from Fishguard is at 0245.

The connection at Rosslare to/from the Pembroke Irish Ferries ship
will only be of benefit to passengers travelling to Pembroke and other towns
in the immediate area. Virtually all locations can be reached easier via Fishguard which possesses an integrated ship-rail terminal.

Further info here:
http://www.irishrail.ie/your_ticket/...opean_rail.asp
and here:
http://www.stenaline.ie/ferry/rail-and-sail/fishguard/

Note that the Iarnród Éireann site quotes a Wexford-Rosslare-Fishguard-Cardiff through fare.

Hope the foregoing is of help.

Don't forget that Rosslare Europort station is gone, replaced by Rosslare "Harbour" station which is some distance away from the port.
