[15-5-2009] Dublin Cork services delays
Things not so good today
10:00 ex Dublin lost 20 minutes between Ballybrophy and Limerick Junc and may have failed en route requiring a tow onwards 11:00 ex Dublin appears to have been over 30 minutes late 13:30 ex Cork is well over an hour late currently which is related to the 10:00 problem All other services are running with delays of 10-15 minutes enroute due to the crazy number of speed restrictions, yet another one has popped up at Lisduff near Templemore

Two delayed Cork trains arrived in tandem into Heuston around 18:20 - 18:30. The arrivals board had one train 95 minutes late and the 2nd 25 about mins late.
The 1800 to Cork had not arrived in Hueston by 18:10. |

16:30 out of Cork is a good 25 minutes late
Its ridiculous for the premier service to have delays on nearly every service Of course no notice on the IE website to explain whats going on

My mother was on this. Started with door problems at Mallow and confounded by stopping at nearly all stops to make up for other services.
