-Departed 5 Minutes late - no reason given

- Displays and Voice announcements indicating a Mallow stop when there was none. Train manager announced the stops correctly however the displays remained innaccurate.

- No names above seats for booked seats

- Inside doors non-operational

- Arrived Cork 10 Minutes ahead of schedule at 2035
