Default Can Irish Rail spell ?

So in the past we have shown that IE couldn't spell Ballybrophy but the problem runs much deeper

For decades Sidney Parade was Sidney Parade back in 2004 IE changed the spelling to Sydney Parade in the timetable but the on train display still said Sidney

So fast forward to today

Despite promises from IE some of the on train displays still say Sidney and the platform displays still say Sidney

Makes you wonder why they bothered really

Not suprising really ie are too busy getting there they have not figured out how to use the spell check yet! According to the train times notice at connolly you'll find that maynooth services stop at broomebridge when they sort out their spell checks there are other clerical things they can sort out. According to their flashy 3 euro timetable castleknock station is on the ballina line
