Gotta say what a joke these Annual bus and rail tickets are, Have had nothing but trouble with them.
Saw an article in the Metro today about somebody else complaining about them too. Mine has stopped working in all train ticket machines now, Previously it would validate ticket but not open gate, It is very frustrating having to wait for gates to be manually opened!
