[PR] T21 ads in the Metro

Did anyone else see the pointless ads for T21 in this mornings metro?

Total New Labour style spin for a plan that is not being implemented any quicker, not indeed is the finance guaranteed.

Why not have a useful ad giving percentages of completion for each project alongside a finish date?

Don't forget the quote given by a senior mandarin in the DOT 2 years ago: "Some might say T21 is just a press release and some slides".
