Default [29-5-2014] Southside disruption - signal cable theft near Shankill

http://www.irishrail.ie/news/signal-...-dun-laoghaire

Quote:
Signal cable theft: no trains Bray to Dalkey; limited service Dalkey to Dun Laoghaire

Due to cable theft in the Shankill area, there is a signalling fault which is currently being repaired.

As a result, no trains are currently operating between Bray and Dalkey, with a imited service between Dalkey and Dun Laoghaire.

Dublin Bus are accepting rail tickets for customers to/from stations south of Dun Laoghaire.

Disruption is continuing, and services are not expected to resume until mid-morning. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Gorey and Rosslare Europort services are operating through the section with delays of 20-30 minutes approximately.
