Default 5:15 ex Connolly to Longford

Did anyone notice that the 5:15 ex Connolly to Longford returned to Dublin at Mullingar this evening is there a change of timetable

Default 5:15 ex Connolly to Longford

Hi would it be due to lack of passengers or was there mechanical problems
I think they were right I came back from Longford last Monday and there was two eight carriage trains parked up for the night. I could not believe at 8:50pm to see these trains sitting there I presume until morning. The commuters could do with a earlier service in the morning or if not western commuters I am sure that the south east commuters would not say no to to a late evening train ex Connolly.
