New Timetable Delayed Yet Again?
When checking timetable on www.irishrail.ie the validity says until 1 august.
A subtle change but this is huge. It was supposed to be the end of May. This applies to all journeys by the way Last edited by sublimity : 05-03-2009 at 17:55. |

I am also so sick of it.
I've had the pleasure of travelling on the 22k Railcars from Gorey on three occasions to Dublin & they are so much better than the 28's or 29's and on the add occasion some 26's mixed with the 28's. Is the Rosslare line has the least numbe of passengers but IE should really consider why that is with the current news.. I see Bus Eireann have more services from Gorey think its every two hours journey the night and @€14.40 and a single €12.20 verses IE €16.80 single and return Plus the car park charge !! I THINK EVERYONE ON THE ROSSLARE/GOREY LINE DOES WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS UP WITH IE ON THE AMOUNT OF DELAYS |

Could somebody please explain to me what difference will the new timetable make on the Rosslare route? Is it just new type carriages and/or more regular trains or shorter travel times. Bus Eireann really seems to be offering a better choice for Commuters from Arklow & Gorey with more regular times and shorter trips. The 06.50 bus from gorey gets up to Dublin city for 8.15am. More comfy trains would be nice but what we really need is for the train to get up to Dublin quicker!!!
