![]() I was on that service yesterday. We were told at Gorey that delay was caused by a broken down maintence machine blocking the line.

![]() I am not sure as I returned home by bus. If the train had of being on time going to Dublin I would have made it
![]() I have to go to Dublin again this afternoon so i will use the earlier 14.10 service that way I should make the 18.37 service home. Ed |

![]() The 14.10 Gorey Maynooth service terminated in Connolly (arr 16.33). The train crawled all the way from Wicklow to Kilcoole. Engine trouble was given as the reason.
The train was further delayed at Greystones as the train had to wait for a DART to arrive. So much for my plan to allow myself more time after yesterdays delay. For the record I did make the 18.37 this evening and it ran more or less on time. ![]() Ed |
