Manna from heaven for Barrett im sure. While the criticism of the costing of the T21 projects (or lack of) is perhaps warranted, the solution to Dublins traffic problems does not lie in my opinion "with more competition" in the bus market. |

![]() There is nothing new in the ESRI report that Platform 11 hasnt been saying since T21 came out.
In fact the only serious attempt at costing was done by Platform11. |
