Default Dockland station

I notice a lot of construction work going on adjacent to the Dockland station. Is this Irish rail land, does anybody know what is in the pipeline?

Its just site clearance to our knowledge there is a lot of junk down there.

That spot is designated for the route of DART underground so will not be built on

There's meant to be coach parking going in beside Docklands station.
