I hope they'll have enough buses to take the rugby match traffic, which will be substantial for the 2100 service on the 20th.

If the works are between Cherryville and Portarlington, why is a Waterford-Dublin train (1820) being terminated at Newbridge? I could understand being tereminated at Athy, but if it can get through Cherryville why not go on to Heuston?

Or are the works somewhere else and Corporate Communications have it wrong (again)?

Passengers change trains in Newbridge.

Perhaps the ex-Waterford train is needed elsewhere - Portlaoise(?) - if it went to Heuston it might be too late to travel to Portlaosie.

The work on the 20th seems to have vanished, but it's shown up on the 18th, 19th, and 27th. And on the affected journeys, the price has jumped up from €10 to €36 for a worse service
