Default Tara St. Station Redevlopment Gets Go-Ahead

The long awaited redevelopment of Tara st. station has been granted a 10 year planning permission by An Bord Planeala. Any thoughts on this decision? I think it's a positive move, although it will be interesting to see how accessible the station will be during reconstruction.
