Freight Services to/from Waterford

Could sombody tell me the times these services are scheduled to run at and if its everyday.

Today I read that there was two services to Westport and from Ballina and just wondered do they cross with any passenger services.

I know that there is one soon after the 09.10 arrival in Waterford at 11.36which normally stops in the loop at Kilkenny to allow the 11.10 to pass and that it arrives at Cherryville at around 13.40-45 as when I get the 13.10 we are always stoped for around 5 mins waiting for it to pass.

Are they only timber services?
