No mention of revision to running times. Slower again, I presume. Have they heard about the motorway between Dublin and Belfast?

so they'll be adding more carriages to these services as there are more stops on an already pretty full trains?
i'd really love to use the train more often between belfast and dublin but they just put you off with the speed and quality of services. car is much faster now. |

They are only stopping off peak services at Lisburn, off peak numbers on Enterprise are not great
Peak hour services are left alone

The 19.00 from Dublin to Belfast, which will now serve Lisburn, could arguably be classified as a "peak" service. The previous service at 16.50 is a little too early for a lot of people in Dublin for a day's business. Any time I've been on the 19.00, the train has been quite full.
The 20.50 from Dublin to Belfast on the other hand would normally not have many passengers, yet it's not going to stop in Lisburn. |

The Lisburn stop is principally an NIR operation to increase off peak Lisburn - Belfast frequency without running any extra trains
