Today, Monday 21st October, 2019 what must be the earliest scheduled Local Link route in the country began operation with journeys from Riverchapel, Courtown and surrounds into Gorey.

The route is primarily targeted at providing connections into early-morning trains and buses towards Dublin from these outlying areas.

The route 389 timetable may be viewed here.

On the whole bus-rail connections appear quite good.
