Default Kildare Four Tracking Project - Any updates

Anybody know the status of this project? They seem to be flying along on some sections. They are making go progress on Dublin side of Hazelhatch and between Clondalkin and Parkwest. Noticed this morning that new track gone down around Cherry Orchard. I am told that one of the bridges in Clondalkin is 6months behind schedule. It was suppose to open in December 07. Does anybody know if there are any speed restrictions in the areas they are working? Somedays train will crawl all the way to Celbridge others would fly along. I would be talking about the 18:05 and 18:35 services.
