Due to track works between Tipperary and Clonmel the following services will have part bus substitutions:

06.40 and 11.40hrs service from Waterford to Limerick Junction will operate to Clonmel only. Bus transfers will operate from Clonmel to Limerick Junction.

08.55 and 13.55hrs service from Limerick Junction to Waterford will be bus transfers from Limerick Junction to Clonmel and by train from Clonmel to Waterford.

Iarnród Éireann regrets any inconvenience this may cause
These track works on this section seem to be never ending!

Was in Clonmel station Tuesday I must say I was really shocked by the speed the train came into the station. Walked in and looked up the track no train so turned around to the flag man and was talking about the poor service to him really nice chap to talk to unlike most the Iarnród Éireann staff based in the major stations. Next thing a 2700 came speeding out from the bridge and stopped at the platform. Couldn't believe the speed of it would have thought I could pass that train on a bicycle. I suppose its better to see them do work on the line than try to close it down.
