Default Rude Public announcement in Connolly on 22nd Feb

About 80 or so passengers had alighted at connolly on the 09.05 service from clonsilla yesterday morning at platform 7. Next southbound dart usually arives at P5. Only northbound trains were showing on P6, p7 info screens as per usual. So passengers make their way over to p5 as they do every morning.
A 29k is standing at the platform. No (audible) announcements have been made since we got off the clonsilla train, except one to say the train on p5 is serving maynooth having changed from p3.

Then once everyone got to p5 the announcer came over the tannoy to say, in a clearily vexed and agressive voice:
"FOR THE THIRD TIME THE NEXT SOUTHBOUND DART WILL ARRIVE ON PLATFORM 6".
There were no first and second announcements. And the p5 info screen showed a dart to bray in 5 minutes.
The same guy came over the tannoy again later with several mumbled announcements, without an introduction, regarding the platform change to P6. Dart finally arrived onto platform 7.
To be honest with you, to make such a rude announcement in public, with at the very minimum 100 people in earshot is an absolute disgrace. But, unfortunatly, it just doesnt suprise me.
