[16/10/2013] All AM services into Connolly delayed

Presently crawling between Malahide and Connolly on a southbound Northern suburban line train. No announcements, and nothing on the website or LED displays. Realtime showing up to 20 min delays towards Bray, and 10 min delays Northbound.
Any ideas what went wrong today?

DART is all over the place this morning, key services around 12 minutes late and causing a chain reaction on outer-suburban services and other DARTs. On the northside the 0740 from Malahide departed about 8 minutes late. 0655 from Bray left to time but lost about 12 minutes in running.

Reason today ? - its raining !

Yesterday the 0740 from Malahide was still late why ????

07:40 always had problems, we got it moved from 07:37 to 07:40 a while back it the schedule was impossible. 07:40 does depend on a northern line service being on time

Problem this morning was due some problem in the Malahide area

Northbound services seemed to be pretty much to time
