Default Changes to printed timetable

The new timetable is only a couple of weeks old, but it looks like there has been some changes already.

0505 Cork - Dublin stops in Newbridge at 0742.

There is another change the Maynooth train which used to terminate at Connolly at 7am now runs to Pearse as of December 8th

Despite promises from 2 senior IE employes there is no notice of this change

Service revisions: 06.30hrs Cork to Dublin & 06.55hrs Limerick to Dublin by Corporate Communications

Customers are advised of the following service revisions, now in operation:

06.30hrs Cork to Dublin will now additionally serve Limerick Junction (07.28hrs) and arrive in Dublin at 09.15hrs.

06.55hrs Limerick to Dublin: this train will now depart earlier at 06.35hrs and will no longer serve Limerick Junction. The revised schedule for this service is:

Limerick 06.35
Thurles 07.17
Templemore 07.26
Ballybrophy 07.39
Portlaoise 07.55
Heuston 09.00

These revisions are due to temporary speed restrictions and to ensure punctuality.
From the very outset there was no hope of the 6:30 making Dublin for 9am, all the drivers in Cork said it was impossible before the new timetable came into force

On the upside, it does give a Cork-Limerick link before 9am, albeit one with a 32min wait at LJ.

it seems changes are being made on the northern line too... The Printed Timetable for the 06.30 Dundalk to Bray shows no stop at Howth Junction. And up until today it didn't stop at Howth Junction. The online timetable now shows a stop at 07.42... still supposedly arriving at pearse at 08.03... which as yet this year has not happened yet during a weekday.... I suppose they'll change it soon to 08.07 to pad their timetable even more
