Cork Dublin strange timetable
09.30 train cork to dublin yesterday was due in at 12.25 as per the website but coasted in to hueston 20 minutes early at 12.05. I dont mind being early for a change but must look poor to any business people (me) who would have cancelled lunch plans with clients given that we were due in at 12.25 originally and then had to ring said clients back and try and meet them again.
The 16.00 return train left at 16.11 but managed to get in on time. The word padding doesnt cover it. |

Fact that the train then stayed at the platform for over half an hour broken down sort of debunks that theory though. |

I saw this been done for the 17:00 from Dublin to Cork last week to a Nigerian lady. I was walking up to P8 to catch my train and I'm sure the R card was been played by her! Pretty sad when you can't tell someone that at 17:03 they are too late for a train without been ridiculed from high for it.
