Enterprise delays?

These are getting more frequent. Outside getting delayed between Drogheda/Dundalk anyone any ideas as to why?

Recently it seems to go very slow crossing the bridge over the Fane a few miles south of Dundalk and also crossing the bridge just south of Laytown station.

The commuter train slows down at Laytown too - both entering and leaving the station
