The signalling is fully live
The plan was always for 3 platforms at Clongriffin, the 4th is built but the civil works not undertaken. This is passive provision for the plans for a DART airport link. Developer paid for the station anyway not that that matters now!
The crossovers beyond 5/6/7 were replaced but not the connection at 5/6/7 that will be another closure probably at the same time as the Connolly stage, would imagine the Tara Street crossovers will be replaced then also
