17:25 Howth Bray (E250)
PIS system crashed around Lansdowne Rd, stayed off, no displays, pa etc as a result

20:35 Greystones Malahide
Showing Greystones as destination on rear coach

21:48 Bray Malahide
No destination on rear
Cab door left open
Not showing red tail lights

22:30 Pearse Maynooth
External display panels switched on then shut down after about 3 seconds
Unit 29x16

21:59 Bray Howth
Showing Bray as destination on rear coach

22:05 Malahide Bray
This train has CCTV, ah no it doesn't
