I think we should start a log of the number of times this project is "announced" by credulous/ ill-informed journalists. If the Kildare Route project was in T21, why does its "approval" constitute news?

Note that the Irish Times piece refers to the "expected" public enquiry report due later this month (watch this space!). When the report arrives the project will be "announced" again; when Cullen decides to say "yes" it will be "announced" yet again. I don't know which bunch deserve the most contempt: the snails=pace bureaucrats or the terminally-confused journalists.
