I've made my views on the Lucan Luas line known in the members section so I'm in agreement with Philip here.

Note from the articles above, the Lucan Luas seems to be completely developer driven and not to serve the exisitng sprawl in Lucan.

Where is the DTA with its planning powers on this one?

Seems to me that all of the planning decisions will be made far in advance of the DTA coming into existence. After all, we wouldn't want due process to be interfered with.
