This was a total farce

Everything fine until Tullamore until the doors wouldn't open so everyone has to exit via the dining coach which has a manual door, repeat this at Clara.

Train is then declared failed at Athlone and we have to get the bus. We arrived Claremorris 95 minutes down.

No notice of entitlement to a refund but would that surprise you?

So obviously coming back would be fun, a spare train in Claremorris was sent to Westport to work the 13:30 and arrived Dublin 30 minutes late it was 20 minutes late but further time was lost as it had to make several extra stops between Kildare and Dublin to fill in for another train.

Of course no reservations worked on any train

Finally got the refund

Letter dated 16th April, but the franking mark says 22nd

Did I get my full refund entitlement nope
