Public Consultation on Passenger Rights

As a member of the European Passengers Federation we have been invited to make a submission on stakeholder consultation on Regulation (EC) 1371/2007 on rail passengers' rights and obligations.

This process is coming to an end next week and if you are interested as an individual you can make your own submission here

http://ec.europa.eu/transport/themes...gations_en.htm

It is an online process so you may do it over lunch or whatever but please do make a submission if you can.

I dont believe Irish Rail have informed the public about this which is rather amiss of them.

I don't believe they have either.

I have submitted a submission.

It's the first I've seen of it. I started filling it out but lost the will to live about a third of the way in. I might have another go on the train tonight.
