Hi,

Every evening for the past week and a half there have been two security guards and a ticket checker at the AIB side entrance to the Lansdowne station.

I was just wondering why the need for this. Is it thought that people are using this entrance to dodge fares?

Most likely. I saw them show up from time to time when I used live out that way.
