Update : Delays to Northbound/Southbound Services through Connolly Station by Corporate Communications

Update: 11.50hrs 1st June 2010

Northbound and Southbound services operating through Connolly Station are experiencing delays of up to 30mins due to a mechanical fault on the 11.00hrs Dublin - Belfast Enterprise which had failed at Fairview. This service is now expected to have a delayed departure of 90 minutes.

Customers are advised that where delays exceed 60 minutes, customers are eligible for refund vouchers under our Passenger Charter. http://www.irishrail.ie/home/passenger_charter.asp

Maynooth services are operating normally.

Iarnród Éireann apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Some delays Northbound also.

And it's a delay of 30 minutes, not 60, for a customer charter claim on the cross-border trains. After 60 minutes, cash compensation becomes payable on Enterprise, although the percentage is lower than the vouchers.
