Does that mean a train leaves at 1500, 1600 or 1530, or some other time? They could stand to make these updates much clearer.

16.00 but everything was just late as it was more likely a case of a departure whenever an inbound train arrives.

pricewatch chap on ray darcy made the very interesting point that refund vouchers are not refunds at all. for example you may be only using the train one way or are tourists ect. the only refund that is a true refund is cash.

also a point made was that IE knew people were going to be savagely delayed but put them on their merry way anyway instead of organising transfers.

Mark Gleeson 08-07-2013 14:52

Refunds to online bookings are made to the credit/debit card used

Thomas J Stamp 09-07-2013 15:02

and if you dont book online?

Mark Gleeson 09-07-2013 15:47

That depends, the policy is not consistent

Thomas Ralph 09-07-2013 19:51

As I understand it you get a paper voucher sent out in the post.

Thomas J Stamp 11-07-2013 10:47

still potentially useless though
