Julie O'Neill is Noel's go between in most matters and is involved in everything that goes through that office. Interesting that pictures and positions have been published.

Interesting. I see the only member without a photo is Andrew Cullen, who is responsible for Public Transport. I always suspected that faceless bureaucrats were responsible for Public Transport in Ireland.
