Hi,

I some how have lost my tax saver ticket between Lansdowne and Ballsbridge today :(

Discovered when I was about to leave work. Made it worse was the 1549 from Lansdowne arrived about 3 or 4 minutes early and left straight away and ticket machine southbound side wouldn't issue a ticket unless you had the exact change (which is a different thread in itself).

Asked in the station had my ticket been left in but no luck. Hopefully someone might do on their way home this evening. If I ring Connolly next week would they know if it is handed in? i.e. if left in Lansdowne and not collected in a day it goes to Connolly.

I have/had a train only pass (around €1100) and I think it is €12 a month to replace. Can I go in and ask for it to be replaced from 1st of April until end of year (runs from Jan - Dec) as I will not be using the train until 31st of March so don't want to pay for €12 for 1 day travel but would like to go and get a new one between now and April.

If I purchase a new pass and the old one is found can't I be reimbursed for whatever months are left?

Has anyone ever manage to get a replacement lost ticket without paying the €12 a month.

Thanks for any help
Gareth

Check with the DART office in Pearse 01 703 3504 to see if it turns up

If the ticket is recovered you can get a refund of the 12 euro/per month less a small admin fee

As of sometime late this year/early next annual tickets will be smart cards and it will be possible to place a stop on them and for a small fixed admin to get it replaced

No sign of ticket.

Hopefully it is in work somewhere as not back till Tuesday will I have to wait till Wednesday to get a replacement cause 1st of April save me €12?
