Usual drill
Non Enterprise - 0650 Belfast Central to Dublin Item Posted: 18-Dec 7:00
Due to mechanical knock on the 0650 service from Belfast to Dublin will be a non Enterprise service... ยป
9:30 Dublin Belfast is also likely to be no first no catering as well
Passengers with first class reservations entitled to 100% refund

Translink wish to advise passengers that due to earlier mechanical difficulties the following services will be non enterprise with no 1st Plus and limited catering.

If anyone wants to go to Belfast for free today book first class on the 15:20 and then claim on the charter for no first :p

Why does that entitle you to a full refund? Surely they will only give you the difference between a first class and a normal ticket. I realise IR aren't always one for logic but seriously...

If you reserve a seat in any class and that seat is not provided, even if you get a seat in standard (if you booked first) a full 100% refund is available
Irish Rail of course are too lazy to disable the first class booking when the enterprise doesn't have it thus leaving themselves fully open to a claim
