:eek: Good oppurtunity to discuss the problems on the Gorey line coming up.

Malcome Byrne is spearheading an open meeting with Mr. Kenny & Myles McHugh next Tuesday.

You will not get a better chance to get your voice heard by IE.

Whether they actually bring some constructive to the meeting is another matter.

The following was handed out on this morning's train:

Meeting with Barry Kenny, Head of Communications and Myles McHugh, Divisonal Manager, Iarnrod Eireann.

Connolly Station.
4:45pm, Tuesday 11th November. Messrs Kenny and McChugh will then Join us for part of the journey on the 5:25pm Train.

Meet in front of main ticket desk at 4:40pm.

Expected date of arrival of new rolling stock
The possibility of later evening services
The development of the car park at Gorey
Cleanliness/Functioning of Toilets

Everything depends on one thing and one thing only.

Will Irish Rail deliver the promise of the improved Rosslare service, with the new trains, they are already almost a year late. We don't know, won't know till the 14th of November. There will be absolute murder if its not delivered. Date given was Dec 08.

When sorry if the new trains appears, everything else more or less vanishes. Late train ain't happening despite not one but two empty trains.

Crew from Monasterevin are up for a meeting shortly as well

I say you can safely say that train will not be delayed that day
