Sligo services hit yet again

Monday 22nd September - Sligo Service Alterations by Corporate Communications


Iarnród Éireann advises customers due to operational difficulties the following service alterations will be in place for Sligo services on Monday 22nd September:

16:00hrs Connolly to Sligo is cancelled. Passengers will be accommodated on the 17.05hrs service, which will make additional stops at Maynooth, Kilcock and Enfield.

17.00hrs Sligo to Connolly will operate as a train to Dromod only and will be bus transfer from Dromod to Connolly.



What are passengers entitlements to refunds with regards to bus substitutions, just wondering because of last week

Noting that according to the departures/arrivals screen at connolly the bus substitution for the 17:00 sligo connolly coming from dromod has an expected time arrival of 22:00. Scheduled time of arrival is 20:06

Also noting that the 19:00 was expected to arrive in connolly about eight minutes later!

This train is coming a regular cancellation on a Monday now.

May aswell take it off the timetable
