Cork-Mallow-Tralee line reverts to 2007 timetable

Millstreet / Banteer timetable alteration by Corporate Communications

Iarnród Éireann advises customers of the following timetable alteration:

06.55hrs Millstreet to Cork now starts from Mallow at 07.30hrs, and will no longer serve Millstreet and Banteer.

17.55hrs Cork to Millstreet now operates to Mallow only.

Iarnród Éireann apologises for any inconvenience caused.

As far as we understand this has been the case since December, the 5:45 Cork - Millstreet has never operated either, not that Irish Rail are going to admit to it

So after nearly 5 months Irish Rail admit to half the cancellations in Cork

06.55hrs Millstreet to Cork now starts from Mallow at 07.30hrs, and will no longer serve Millstreet and Banteer.

17.55hrs Cork to Millstreet now operates to Mallow only.

19.25hrs Millstreet to Cork now starts from Mallow at 20.05hrs, and will no longer serve Millstreet and Banteer.

Once again more manipulation of the facts, curiously the online timetable has never shown the above trains as running. There won't be a 5:45 Cork Mallow service anyway
