Seems I was right

The 11.30hrs service from Cork to Dublin was delayed at Portarlington due to points difficulties. This service arrived into Heuston Station 63 minutes late.
The 13.00hrs service from Dublin to Cork was delayed at Portarlington due to points difficulties. This service arrived into Kent Station 71 minutes late.
