Due to the poor condition of the exit road from Clontarf DART Station onto Alfie Byrne Road, buses have been withdrawn from the station until further notice.

Passengers can disembark outside the station at the bus stop on the Clontarf Road and passengers can board the bus at the first bus stop outbound after the junction of the Howth Road/Clontarf Road.

Ha ! You should try being a pedestrian trying to walk along that road when the bus comes along.

I don't know who 'owns' the road - whether it is IE, or Dublin CoCo or someone else, but it's clear that nobody in officialdom knows it's there.

If you look really, really hard you can see the remains of a footpath on the left as you walk away from the station. It's buried under years of vegetation.
