Yes we will be on discussing the whole rail service thing today, as usual it will be recorded and we will have both video and audio available (cheers to BT and the DVB-T trial service) later tonight

I'm on the phone (we all have day jobs!), Barry Kenny for IE, a journalist and a Luas passenger will be on 'the couch'

Cheers Mark, will be interested to hear what is said but wouldn't have been able to watch/hear it til tonight. Pity RTE don't stream that via the web like some of their other programmes.

Tis recorded

Did get stuck in, Irish Rail themselves gave me the data to catch Barry Kenny out, yes there where 4 major delays on the Cork line last Sunday, new train and all

The 07.30hrs service from Cork to Dublin was delayed due to locomotive difficulties near Mallow. This service arrived into Heuston 85 minutes late.
The 17.30hrs service from Cork to Dublin was delayed due to locomotive difficulties near Cork. This service arrived into Heuston 66 minutes late.
The 18.30hrs service from Cork to Dublin was delayed due to locomotive difficulties near Thurles. This service arrived into Heuston 57 minutes late.
The 21.00hrs service from Dublin to Cork was delayed due to earlier locomotive difficulties near Thurles. This service arrived into Cork 60 minutes late.

Kudos to ex GM Steve Murphy for get the IT people to add the feature
